Here are our studio guidelines to ensure a fair and respectful place for all.

We’re a boutique space with max 9 in floor classes and 6 in barre. That means more attention, more connection, and less crowding.
Please leave shoes at the door, wear clean grip socks, and bring a clean mat. This helps keep our studio comfy, and welcoming for everyone.

At Revere, we like our movement how we like our energy–intentional, inclusive, and kind.
Kindness goes a long way. We're all here to feel better in our bodies and brains. When in doubt, just chill out.

Please BYO mat, water bottle and grip socks. Grip socks must be worn at all times for hygiene reasons when using our equipment & props.
Mat hire is available for $3.
Socks can be purchased in-studio or online.

Arrive 10 minutes early so we can say hey, show you around, and make sure you’re all set for your first class.
If there’s anything you need to discuss with your instructor, now is the perfect opportunity.

We love layered movement and options. Listen to your body. Take rest. Take the challenge.
Your version of the exercise is the right one, as long as it feels good and you're breathing. Ask us questions, and let us know if something doesn’t feel right.

We’re all for capturing the vibe after class, but during the session, we kindly ask you to pop your phone on silent and keep it tucked away as to not distract or disrupt.
Same goes for smart watches. Don’t let fitness rings and haptics take you away from your practice.

Doors open 10-minutes before your class start time.
We do our best to ensure classes start on time, so if you're running late, we may not be able to let you in once the class has started for safety and flow reasons.
If you arrive with more than 10-minutes early, we ask that you wait outside as to not disrupt the class in practice.

You can cancel your attendance via the Momence app or website and receive a credit if cancellations are made before the cut-off period.
The session credit will be returned to the pack or subscription used to make the booking. The cut-off periods are as follows:
AM sessions: 8 hours before class
PM sessions: 4 hours before class
If you cancel after the cut-off, a $10 late-cancellation fee applies to all bookings.
All class management is to be completed through Momence. We do not accept messages, DMs, SMS or emails for cancellations.

Please don’t cut class. We run a small, tight studio and when you book and don’t show up, that spot could’ve gone to someone else.
We totally understand life happens. But if you don’t show up without cancelling, it’s not just a bummer for us, it’s unfair to the community.
That’s why no-shows incur a $20 fee and a forfeit of the credit used to book. It compensates for your instructor’s prep, anticipation, for the limited space, and for other clients who may have missed out.
We're here to support your movement journey, but we also value mutual accountability.

If your preferred class is full, join the waitlist. If a spot opens up, you’ll be automatically added to the class and notified.
If you’re on the waitlist, it’s assumed that you anticipate attending if a space becomes available. So, if you know you can no longer make it please take yourself off the waitlist.

You're welcome to attend any class, as long as you have exercise clearance from your healthcare provider and attend a 1:1 Private Pregnancy Pilates appointment prior to commencing group classes.
If you are looking to begin your practice at Revere Pilates in your 3rd trimester, please book into 1:1 appointments only.

You can freeze your membership whenever you need to, and it’ll be automatically calculated on a pro-rata basis.
Just give us a heads up at least 7 days in advance of your next billing cycle via email or Momence.
Just note: freeze periods don’t count toward your minimum term. Your membership will pick up right where it left off when you return.

All subscription-based memberships have minimum commitment periods:
Weekly plans: 12 weeks
Monthly plans: 3 months
After that, you can cancel with 14 days’ notice. You’ll get a cancellation confirmation email from us to confirm, just email us to start the process. No awkward convos, promise.We want our memberships to feel good, not act as a reminder of predatory gym-like behaviours and contracts we’ve all been personally victimised by.

All class and appointment pack purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable between individuals.
All subscriptions have a 7-day cooling-off period in line with Consumer Protection WA legislation.
No extensions are permitted to the specified expiry period of any pack.
Our introductory offer is a once-only promotion for new clients only.
