Pregnancy at revere
If you are a new client and join after your first trimester (13 weeks) can access Barre or 1:1 Appointments only.
You must attend a 1:1 appointment before 15 weeks to access floor-based Pilates classes.
Revere the Reformer is not suitable for pregnancy after the first trimester (13 weeks).

Small Group Classes
With clearance from your healthcare provider, you’re welcome to participate in Revere the Barre class style throughout pregnancy.
Access Mat, Arc, Burn & Release classes
To help you move confidently and comfortably in our floor class formats, a 1:1 Prenatal Appointment is required before reaching 15 weeks of pregnancy.
Joining after 15 weeks?
Private sessions use a variety of Pilates equipment and props to give you a completely bespoke Pilates program. Your prenatal appointment is structured around your pregnancy journey.
You can still challenge yourself, build strength, and feel amazing. We help make sure you’re doing the right kind of hard things for this stage of life.
