How to Practice With Us During Your Pregnancy

Whether you’re a long-term member or looking to start your Pilates journey with us, we offer safe, supportive and effective pathways to keep you moving comfortably.

  • ARE YOU A CURRENT REVERE CLIENT?

    If you are already an active member of our community and find out you're pregnant, your routine keeps going as normal! With clearance from your healthcare provider, you can continue participating in your usual classes for the duration of your pregnancy.

    Our experienced instructors will guide you through modifications, but if you want some extra personalised guidance, you can always opt to book a 1:1 Prenatal Appointment at any stage, but it is entirely optional for you.

ARE YOU A NEW CLIENT WHO HAS RECENTLY FALLEN PREGNANT?

Welcome! To ensure you feel entirely safe and empowered in our studio, how you get started depends on how far along you are and the class style you choose:

Revere the Barre

(No 1:1 required)
Our upbeat, standing Barre classes are incredibly pregnancy-friendly. With clearance from your healthcare provider, new prenatal clients can jump straight into Barre classes at any trimester without needing an initial private session.

Floor-Based Group Classes

(Mat, Arc, Dynamics & Release)
To join our floor-based small group classes, a 1:1 Prenatal Appointment is required before you reach 15 weeks of pregnancy. This intimate session gives us the opportunity to screen your movement, teach you how to safely self-manage in a group setting, and equip you with the exact modifications you'll use in class.

Joining us after 15 weeks?

If you are joining Revere past the 15-week mark, our Private 1:1 Sessions are the perfect home for you. Using a variety of specialised Pilates equipment and props, we will build a completely bespoke, supportive Pilates program tailored specifically to your body and your birth preparation.
