  • We run a mix of mat-based and Reformer Pilates classes, each with their own movement focus and intensity.

Whether you’re after a gentle stretch or a challenge, there’s something for every mood (and every muscle).

  • Nope! Our open-level classes are for everyone whether you’re brand new or a Pilates regular.

We’ll always offer different variations so you can move in a way that feels good for your body.

    • Reformer: 6 people

    • Arc + Barre: 8 people

    • Mat, Burn + Release: 12 people

  • We don’t do free trials. Pilates is a practice, not a one-off experience.

Instead, check out our Unlimited Welcome Pass (21-access for $79).

  • If it’s a managed thing or just the usual aches and niggles, you’ll probably be fine in a group class. But if you think you need a bit more TLC, a private clinical Pilates session is the way to go.

Not sure? Just give us a call or flick us an email. We’re always happy to chat and point you in the right direction.
