Yes, our open-level classes are structured to support new-beginners. Our Pilates teachers offer exercise layers that suit all-levels of experience in class. We encourage you to move intuitively and stick with layering options that serve you best.

We run a mix of floor-based, Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates classes, each with their own movement focus and intensity.

Whilst Pilates is not a high impact/high intensity form of movement, you still feel challenged and work up a sweat.
If you enjoy upbeat, faster-paced movement, Revere the Barre and Revere the Dynamics are designed to integrate more cardio and high-energy movement with strength training principles.

As a boutique studio with a small-group focus, our:
Reformer & Release (Reformer) caters up to 6 people.
Arc & Barre has a maximum of 8 people.
Mat, Dynamics and Release (Mat) facilitates a maximum of 12.

If it’s a managed thing or just the usual aches and niggles, you’ll probably be fine in a group class.
If you think you need a bit more TLC, clearance to exercise from your allied health professional and a private clinical Revere Pilates session is the way to go.
