Private Pilates appointments
Skills that move with you from the studio into real life.
60-minute private & semi-private appointments tailored to your goals - practiced within our fully equipped boutique Pilates studio.
A Private Pilates session is your chance to enjoy a full-body workout that’s designed entirely around you. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the very first time, coming back after time away, or looking to deepen your practice, you’ll have a dedicated instructor guiding every move.
Sessions blend strength, stretch, balance and breath to leave you feeling taller, lighter, and more connected in your body. It’s intentional, effective, and surprisingly energising.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Your first appointment is all about you. We’ll explore your goals, how your body is moving today, and find the right starting point so you feel comfortable and supported.
From there, sessions evolve with you: some days may be more energising and challenging, others more restorative and grounding. Each class flows seamlessly using the full suite of studio equipment, designed to keep your body guessing and your mind engaged.
No two sessions are ever the same, but you can always expect to leave feeling more connected, more capable, and more confident in your body.
