At Revere Pilates, we’re committed to providing high-quality products and an exceptional customer experience. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when purchasing from our studio.

Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card

  • Debit Card

  • PayPal

  • Direct Debit

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

All payments must be completed at the time of purchase unless otherwise arranged. If a payment is found to be fraudulent or in breach of the law or our terms, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse the transaction.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Delivery Australia-Wide (via Australia Post): Estimated 5–10 business days

  • Free Local Pickup from East Victoria Park, WA, 6101

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside of our control. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at the time of order. Revere Pilates is not liable for delays, lost items, or misdelivery resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a product is faulty, damaged during shipping, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

You may request a replacement or refund depending on the nature of the issue.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Include all original packaging and tags

  • Be returned within 14 days of receipt

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note:

  • Returns are not accepted for worn clothing (e.g. grip socks or apparel), unless deemed faulty.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at hello@reverepilates.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If eligible, we will issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number and provide return instructions.

  3. Send the product back to the address provided with:

    • The RA number clearly marked

    • The product in its original packaging

    • A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is deemed faulty.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Consumer Protection

These policies do not exclude or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
