Cancellation Policy

Due to our boutique studio setting we have a strict cancellation policy to ensure fairness for all clients and to respect our instructors’ time.

• AM Sessions: Cancel at least 8 hours before class

• PM Sessions: Cancel at least 4 hours before class

Cancellations made before the cut-off will have the session credit returned to the original pass or subscription.

Late Cancellations & No-Show Fees

Limited Subscriptions & Class Packs

• Late Cancellation: $10 fee, session returned

• No-Show: $20 fee, session forfeited

Unlimited Subscriptions & Intro Offers

• Late Cancellation: $10 fee

• No-Show: $20 fee

Casual Drop-Ins

• Late Cancellation: $10 fee, session returned

• No-Show: $20 fee, session forfeited

Private Pilates Appointments

• Payment required at time of booking

• Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to be rescheduled

• Sessions cancelled within 24 hours are non-refundable

Important: A valid payment method must be active on your Momence account to comply with our cancellation and no-show policy. If not, you will be invoiced directly should a late-cancellation or no-show apply to any booking.

Studio Policies

• Class sizes: 9 people per floor & barre class; 6 for apparatus.

• Classes run for 50 minutes.

• Mobile phones and smart watches must be set to Do Not Disturb and not used during class.

• If you arrive late, we may not be able to let you in as it disrupts the class experience.

• Minimum age to attend is 18 years.

• All clients must sign our Waiver & T&Cs prior to their first class.

• All clients must complete our New Client Questionnaire before attending any class.

• Always advise your instructor before class of any injuries, conditions or medical history relevant to your participation.

• Grip socks are compulsory for hygiene reasons.

Pregnancy Policy

If you're pregnant, we require the following before attending classes:

• You must speak to us first to discuss our pregnancy policy.

• You’ll need written clearance from your healthcare provider to exercise.

• Only Barre classes may be attended until you have completed a mandatory 1:1 private appointment to assess your suitability and receive personalised guidance.

Bookings

• All bookings must be made through the Momence app or website.

• No walk-ins or social media DMs/emails/calls accepted for booking, cancelling, or rescheduling.

• You can book classes up to 5 weeks in advance.

• Sessions are non-transferable. If someone arrives in place of the person booked, they will be asked to purchase their own session or will be turned away.

• Introductory Offers activate from the first booking and expire 21 days later. If unused after 12 months, they will be forfeited.

• Class Packs & Subscriptions activate from the first booking and expire based on the individual terms shown at the time of purchase.

Waitlists

• If your preferred class is full, join the waitlist.

• If a spot becomes available up to 60 minutes before class, you’ll be automatically added.

• Being on the waitlist means you are ready to attend. Please remove yourself if no longer have intention to attend.

Schedule

We do our best to deliver a consistent schedule, however:

• Classes may be cancelled due to illness, low numbers, or unexpected circumstances.

• If we cancel a class and you're booked in, your session will be automatically returned to your account, and you will be notified as soon as possible.

• A minimum of 2 clients is required for group classes to run. If this number isn’t reached 2 hours before class, the class will be cancelled and your session refunded.

Purchases

• All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• No refunds for change-of-mind equipment purchases.

• For hygiene reasons, grip socks cannot be returned unless deemed faulty under Consumer Protection WA.

• No extensions will be given on session expiry dates.

• Introductory offers are one-time use only for new clients.

• All subscriptions are deducted as per the auto-payment schedule outlined in your agreement.

• Payment must be made at the time of booking via the Momence platform.

Payment Methods & Fees

• From 1 July 2025: Purchases and subscription payments made via Apple or Google Wallet, credit, or debit card processed through Momence will incur a 2.75% + $0.30 transaction fee.

• Payments made via BECS AU Direct Debit will not incur transaction fees.

• You can update your payment method anytime via your client profile on the web dashboard of Momence.

Waiver and Release of Liability

You will be asked to agree to this waiver via Momence before your first class:

1. Voluntary Participation
   I voluntarily participate in Pilates classes and activities at Revere Pilates Studio, acknowledging the physical exertion and risk involved.

2. Health and Fitness
   I confirm that I am in suitable health and have consulted a healthcare provider where needed. I will disclose any limitations to my instructor before class so that modifications can be provided.

3. Assumption of Risk
   I accept the risks associated with Pilates participation, including but not limited to strains, sprains, and soreness.

4. Release of Liability
   I release Revere Pilates Studio and its staff from any claims or liabilities related to participation in classes.

5. Use of Facilities
   I agree to follow studio guidelines and understand that non-compliance may result in denied access.

6. Photograph and Video Release
   I consent to photos or videos taken in class for marketing use. Permission will always be sought, and participation is optional.

7. Cancellation Policy
   I understand and agree to all policies outlined regarding cancellations, late fees, and no-shows.

Acceptable Use

• Accessing another user's account;

Violation of these terms may result in restricted access or termination of your account.

Sale of Goods and Services

• In-Studio & Online Pilates Classes

• Private Pilates Appointments

These terms apply to all listed goods and services, including out-of-stock items. Goods and services descriptions are as accurate as possible but are not legally binding. Revere Pilates reserves the right to modify or cancel orders if necessary, with full refunds processed for canceled orders.

Third-Party Goods and Services

We may offer products and services from third parties, but we cannot guarantee their quality or accuracy.

Links to Other Websites

We are not responsible for content, policies, or practices of third-party websites linked to on our Site. Please review their terms and policies before use.

Limitation of Liability

Revere Pilates Pty Ltd and its representatives will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of our Site.

Indemnity

By using our Site, you agree to indemnify Revere Pilates Pty Ltd and its representatives from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Western Australia.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid under applicable law, it will be removed, and the remaining terms will still apply.
